The family or the client signs up
In the app or by phone: who needs help, where they live and what help is needed — shopping, meals, cleaning, a walk.
What help is needed?
Choose everything that fits.
A coordinator will call you to go over the details.
A coordinator gets in touch
The coordinator calls to go over the details. If the person is entitled to home care from the municipality, the coordinator helps prepare and submit the application.

- Doctor’s statementreceived
- Application submittedto the social service
- Under reviewup to 30 days
- Decisionhours per week and co-payment
Meanwhile, visits can start as paid. If the municipality agrees, we switch the payment.
More than the municipality covers
The family can add paid services on top. The list is wider than what the law provides: a hot meal, company and a walk, a trip to the doctor, help with the phone.

- Groceries and pharmacy
- Cleaning, twice a month
- Laundry
- Bills and post
Extra servicesPaid by the family
- Hot meal

- A trip to the doctor
- Help with the phone and TV

We find a caregiver who lives nearby
The request goes to trained caregivers who live close by. The caregiver sees the tasks, the schedule and how far it is — but not the address yet.
The first visit is a trial
Take · start with a trial visitThe caregiver takes the client, the coordinator approves
The caregiver taps Take. The coordinator checks the caregiver’s profile and approves a trial visit. Only then does the caregiver see the address and the door code.

“Looked after my grandmother for two years. Calm and punctual.”
The trial visit
At the door the caregiver taps I’m here and ticks off the tasks one by one. After the visit the family gets a short voice message.

Tonight we’ll ask Valentīna how it went.
DoneWe ask the client how it went
The same evening we ask the client — in the app or by phone — whether everything went well and whether this caregiver should come regularly.
Would you like Ilze to come regularly?
Yes, keep IlzeI’d like someone elseWhat did you like?
No app? We’ll call this evening and ask the same questions.
Visits become regular
If everything is fine, the coordinator makes the visits regular: the same caregiver at the same time. From then on the schedule runs by itself.

The family follows every visit and gets voice messages. The client sees where the caregiver is and when they will arrive. The coordinator sees every detail and steps in when needed.
