Help people who live near you.

Visit older people in your neighbourhood: shopping, a hot meal, a walk, a chat. The training is free, a coordinator is always there for you, and you choose when you work.

1

Sign up and take the training

Sign up in the app with your phone number. Then take a free online course: ten short video lessons on talking to older people — including people with dementia — safety at home, food, medicines, shopping and privacy.

2

Pass the exam

After the lessons comes a short exam. Made a mistake? No problem: you watch the lesson again and get new questions.

3

Confirm your identity

A photo of your document and a selfie — about two minutes, fully online. Only verified people visit clients.

4

Choose clients near you

The app shows people who need help close to your home: the tasks, the schedule and the distance. You decide whom to help and tap Take.

5

Your first visit is a trial

A coordinator approves the visit. Then you see the address and the door code, the route and the tasks. At the door, tap I’m here.

6

During the visit

Tick off the tasks one by one. When you finish, leave a short voice message for the family — they will be glad to hear how it went.

7

Regular clients

If the client is happy, the visits become regular: the same people at the same times, close to home. Your whole schedule is in the app.

Working with the client

Respect and patience

Many clients are very old, some have dementia. Speak calmly, as with any adult, and don’t argue with what they see.

Only what is on the list

You do the tasks of the visit. Caregivers don’t carry out medical procedures.

No money or private deals

No gifts, loans or arrangements outside the app — this protects both you and the client.

The family is in the loop

After each visit the family sees what was done and hears your voice message.

Your coordinator

You are never on your own. A coordinator is always there — before, during and after every visit.

  • Approves every new client and every trial visit
  • Finds a replacement if you can’t come
  • Answers in the chat — during the visit too
  • Asks the client how the first visit went
